Mulready Proof On India -with Frame lines
Inside of top and lower pencil script reads- ( On reverse of top pannel )

NB to be most carefully touched and kept with great care"
On reverse of lower pannel script reads-
"One of the proof sheets sent to Sir Rowland Hill- a very very valuable and interesting momento"
The India paper is quite fragile and there are some faults/taped up tears mostly on edges of proof-the main printed section is fine
